Who we are
Pulp Rider is developed and published by DEVEJI Sp. z o.o. ("DEVEJI", "we", "us"), ul. Polany 26, 04-937 Warszawa, Poland. For any question about this policy or your data, contact us at developer@deveji.com.
The short version
Pulp Rider does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no network access beyond what's needed to check for app updates through the App Store. All of your progress — levels completed, stars earned, unlocked skins — is stored only on your device.
Data collected by the app
None. Pulp Rider does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not ask you to create an account or sign in. Nothing you do inside the app is sent anywhere.
If that ever changes — for example, if we add optional ads, analytics, or in-app purchases in a future update — we will update this policy first, describe exactly what's collected and why, and make sure the change is reflected in the app's App Store privacy label before it ships.
Data collected by this website
This site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). Like virtually all web hosts, the hosting infrastructure automatically logs standard technical request data for security and reliability purposes — things like IP address, browser type, and request timestamps. We don't access this data for tracking or marketing, and this site does not set any analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, we'll have your email address and whatever you tell us, used only to respond to you.
Children's privacy
Because we don't collect any personal data at all, this applies equally to users of any age, including children. Pulp Rider is not designed to collect information from anyone.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and similar laws, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export any personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. As described above, we don't currently hold any personal data collected through the app. If you've contacted us by email, you can ask us to delete that correspondence at any time by writing to developer@deveji.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Poland, that's the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
Changes to this policy
We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes, and we'll describe what changed and why. Significant changes — like adding data collection where none existed before — will also be called out in the app's release notes.
