Pulp Rider

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pulp Rider mobile application (the "App"), published by DEVEJI Sp. z o.o. ("DEVEJI", "we", "us"), ul. Polany 26, 04-937 Warszawa, Poland. By downloading, installing, or playing Pulp Rider, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pulp Rider on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement and these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code or assets from the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or unauthorized third-party tools to interfere with the App;
- Copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicense the App or its content;
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
Pulp Rider — including its code, characters, artwork, levels, music, and the Pulp Rider name and logo — is owned by DEVEJI or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
5. Age requirement
Pulp Rider carries an App Store age rating reflecting its content, which includes cartoon-style pursuit and "death" mechanics typical of arcade games. Please check the current age rating on the App Store listing before downloading for a child, and use Apple's parental controls if appropriate.
6. No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DEVEJI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for consumers in the EU/EEA.
8. Changes and termination
We may update, change, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note it in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
